Lerner Medical Devices, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Dr. Ethan Lerner and Dr. Michael Lerner to pursue novel approaches to the treatment of skin diseases.

The Company has operated from its current location in West Los Angeles since the beginning of 2003 and instituted an optical research and development laboratory for testing the various design elements of its devices.

The Company has developed and patented a novel medical device to treat psoriasis of the scalp and other skin conditions. This technology, with other proprietary developments, has been incorporated in Lumera (www.daavlin.com) and our Levia for Personal Targeted Phototherapy™ to be introduced in the 1st quarter of 2010.
